Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you’d like to make.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it.
Do you offer promo codes?
If a promotion is available, you can enter the code at checkout. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
How much is shipping?

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it—what now?
Please check around your delivery location (mailroom, front desk, neighbors) and allow 24 hours in case it was scanned early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). We require photos before approving any return to confirm the product is not damaged prior to being sent back.

Photos help us verify the condition of the product before it’s shipped back and allow us to process your request quickly and accurately.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank, but typically takes 3–10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different color?
Yes—exchanges are available within 30 days, subject to inventory. Contact us with your order number and photos to get started.
